Join Oakville artist Lauren Holmes as she introduces 7 new original works of art. Lauren's work is inspired by her fundamental belief that like beauty, art is everywhere, art is everything. In things you look at but do not really see. In things you see but do not really look at.
Ubiquitous.
Her work reimagines and recontextualizes that which is recognized and celebrated as art and that which is not, to create something new, accessible and thought provoking. Whimsical creativity, a boundless imagination and a passion for exploration (she is constantly searching for her next inspiration) drives her work.
The result is something that is singularly unique in shape, form and matter. CARD ART.
